VELETA Chick Pea Casserole |

Ingredients: · 1 jar Veleta Pisto Almeriense · 1 jar of Veleta Green or Red Peppers (sliced) · 1 can Veleta White Tuna in Olive oil · 1 can of chick peas (garbanzo beans) · Veleta Extra Virgin Olive Oil · Garlic ( one clove, sliced ) · Salt
Directions: In a frying pan add 3 table spoons of olive oil and fry a sliced clove of garlic. Add chick peas and stir with the garlic for 3-5 m. Add the jar of Veleta Pisto Almeriense and the sliced green or red peppers and a can of white tuna. Season with salt to taste. Heat thoroughly and serve.

Serves 6 Suggestions: May enhance the flavor by adding 1 teaspoon of Veleta Premium Sherry Vinegar. May add other cooked vegetables such as green beans or spinach |
