VELETA White Tuna French Omelet

 

Ingredients:

·         1 can Veleta White Tuna in Olive Oil

·         2 eggs

·         Veleta Extra Virgin Olive Oil

·         Salt

·         Ground black pepper

 

Directions:

Beat 2 eggs in a bowl and add a pinch of salt. Sprinkle with black pepper. Open a can of Veleta White tuna and drain the oil. Mix the Tuna with the eggs forming an even mixture.

In a frying pan heat 1 tablespoon of Veleta Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Add the egg mixture when oil is almost smoking. Roll the omelet over itself when the egg mixture becomes set.

 

 

Suggestions:  Serve with slices of tomato sprinkled with olive oil
